APA "BS II" LABOR DAY WEEKEND BASH

Here are just some of the many images taken at the BS II meet, along with some great contributions by Dian Newell, Eric Stone, and Rickey Dale Crain. These are in no particular order just yet. Well, let's just start with showing off my Steely vinyl, which I have always wanted... that right there is Pretzel Logic (1974) in all its LP glory, handed off by one of my big brothers and team members, Ken (Your Daddy) Ufford. That's his son, Zach, with us, and (part of) Jeff Finlayson is off to the left side. (Part of) Rickey Dale Crain is checking out another one of my Steely vinyls on the right side of the pic. Everytime I went up to Ken to try and talk to him during the meet, he would only say "DON'T leave without the Steely Vinyl!"
This, I believe, is Brandon Cass's 820 squat - on a 4th attempt, at 220 lbs., to the tune of "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix A Lot, no less!!!! Wade, Dan Marbes, and Ronnie Shirley are among those spotting this incredible lift, with Todd York and Roger Broeg judging. Aside from perfect depth, he brought the weight up easily! Brandon, we have definitely found the song for you...aren't you glad?? :)
