This reflects great progress over the previous year's rankings in USAPL!

During my second year of consistently training all 3 lifts, 2004, I chose to participate more in single-lift meets and only lifted in one full power meet. Because of this, my bench and deadlift increased significantly while my squat and total stayed the same as in the previous year. Once again, all of my lifts and total placed in the Top 20 rankings of my weight class nationally, according to Powerlifting USA Magazine. In 2004, two of my three lifts leaped up to the #2 position in the United States! My performances ranked follows:

Since returning to USA Powerlifting (USAPL) in August 2004, I have competed in four of their meets (two regional, one national, and one international - IPF). In each meet, I have re-set Minnesota state records. In USA Powerlifting's 2004 Rankings, my performances placed as follows:

In my very first year of training for and competing in full powerlifting meets, 2003, all of my lifts and total placed in the Top 20 rankings of my weight class nationally, according to Powerlifting USA Magazine. Two of the three lifts and my total placed in the Top 10 as follows:
