DEDICATED TO, AND IN MEMORY OF, RAVISHING RICK RUDE
who, like many of the pro-wrestlers I grew up watching, entertained
me out of my misery and taught me to smile bigger and laugh harder

Cheryl Anderson's WRESTLING PAGES:
This hardcore fan of the late 80's and
90's wrestling era had gotten more
than what she ever expected.
There's life outside of the
squared circle up here.

Cheryl with Joe Laurinaitas, also known as Animal of the Road Warriors/Legion of Doom in 1999 at The Gym in Plymouth, Minnesota

Welcome to the pages that applaud the professional wrestlers I have become acquainted with in Minnesota.

Most wrestling fans like to share stories of what it was like to meet one of the grapplers of the squared circle. I have a collection after seeing and / or meeting NINE of them in person.

There are a few I never spoke to, but I learned a lot about them just from watching and listening. But others contributed something of major significance to my life. Plus, you will also find old photos of me and the guys and my list of involvement in the wrestling world - as a spectator, fan, and participant in the action. Finally, these pages wouldn't be complete without my ringside view, and links to some great sites.

MY RATING SYSTEM

On each wrestler's page, I rated my own experience of meeting and knowing him over the last several years. Ratings were based on the following:

Fan Relations - His initial treatment of a fan like me

Conversation - Ease of talking to him and depth or substance of conversations later on

Impact - How much of a difference he personally made in my life through actions or words

Availability - Provided a way of staying in contact (shared his cell number, work number, home number, e-mail address, or all of the above)

- Outstanding... impressively one of the best in the category ("WOW...")
- Terrific... much more than I expected ("He is definitely cool...")
- Good... what would be expected ("Nice guy...")
- Existent... but was just trying to be polite ("He wasn't in the mood...")
- It never happened...but at least I saw him

The most unforgettable guys made THE BEST rankings, with the top guy winning PetitePowerlifter.com's "Best of the Best" Award among professional wrestlers featured in these pages.
